2. Targeted training and coaching
We develop and deliver programs that align with real-world practice. The focus is on concrete behavior: practicing, applying, and adjusting in realistic situations, so that new skills continue to work under pressure.
3. Anchoring in practice
After the training, we support the transfer to the workplace. Together, we look at barriers in behavior, culture, and structure, and determine how change can be sustainably anchored.
